Genevieve Pearson
Environmental Science Analyst
Genevieve brings her strong scientific background to the field of sustainable packaging. She is currently conducting research and analysis for clients on certifications and accreditation bodies for post-consumer resin (PCR) certification, and standards for compostability and compost feedstock, chemical additives in packaging, and the scientific standards for recyclability and compostability under California's new truth-in-labeling requirements.
With a passion for public health and sustainability, Genevieve is eager to support EPR Group's clients develop environmentally responsible and cost effective solutions.
Genevieve previously assisted in groundbreaking genetic research under Dr. Luis Tuesta at the Tuesta Lab in a project designed to more effectively treat drug addiction. As an assistant swimming coach of a varsity swim team at a private highschool, she mentored her team to success with a record number of the team qualifying for the regional and state championships.
Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Miami.
